What is your return policy?

Domestic and International Return Policy

Returns must be made within 21 days from when the order was placed. All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn and have all the original tags attached for return/refund consideration or authorization. 

 

Damaged items upon receipt are returnable within the 21 day window for replacement or refund. For any damage related issues with your item purchased directly through our online store or store locations only, we are happy to help with a repair or replacement, if qualified and if possible. Damaged items not purchased directly from rtabrand.com or our store locations will not be considered for repair or replacement.

 

We recommend caring for your items by following our care label instructions within the garment. Genuine leather items must be professionally cleaned by a specialist. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

 

If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited and sent back. 

 

Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your refund to appear on your statement as they are never immediate.

How do I return my order?

Domestic Return and Exchange Instructions

Please visit returns.rtabrand.com to submit a return request.

 

To initiate a return, you will need:

  • Your order number 
  • Zip code
  • Item(s) you are returning 
  • Reason for return

 

Upon approval of your return request you will receive an email with an RMA, along with a pre-paid label for FedEx or USPS and instructions to send the item(s) back to RTA.

 

Please Note: 

 

RTA is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Prior to drop off or pick up from FedEx/USPS, please be sure to securely package your return and obtain a receipt with tracking information. If the package is lost or stolen in transit back to our headquarters, RTA will not issue a refund. 

 

All returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of delivery at our headquarters. 

 

Exchanges will be processed when your return is received and assessed. We do not reserve any sizes or styles for exchanges. If an item requested for exchange has sold out before your return is processed, you will receive a refund. *Exchanges are only offered to domestic orders.*

 

Refunds will be processed after the item(s) are quality assessed by our warehouse staff. You will receive a notification once the return is received and when the refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method/financial institution, the refund will be processed within 3-14 business days after it has been issued.

 

International Return Instructions

To process your International Return please contact the GlobalShopex Customer Service department by phone at (786) 391-48-68 or email at customercare@globalshopex.com. We will be happy to provide you with an RMA number & the instructions for returning your item.

Our overnight shipping option has been disabled as delivery services are still experiencing staffing shortages and we cannot guarantee overnight delivery at this time.

 

Shipping Restrictions: At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories. GlobalShopex does not currently offer delivery to Venezuela, Russia, Afghanistan and a few African countries.
Signature Service: All orders are subject to direct signature upon delivery.

 

Please note that RTA is not responsible for orders lost or stolen upon delivery, please be sure to deliver to a secure location. We encourage applying Route at checkout to insure your shipment.

 

If you are having trouble locating your package, please file a claim with Fedex.

Shipping Insurance

Delivery carriers are experiencing an unprecedented volume of lost shipments during the Covid-19 pandemic and influx from the winter holidays. We now offer Route package protection for your purchases. You can insure your order for a 1-5% fee on the order total (determined by quantities ordered and package size). This will ensure you are able to track your purchase in real time via Route app and file a claim should something unusual happen to your shipment. Route provides support for lost and stolen packages and refunds you for your purchase in the case you did not receive it. Again, RTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so be sure to insure your order at check out by opting in to Route.

International Shipping

Rtabrand.com is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost for shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping, and will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, order status questions should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868.

When will my order ship?

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are likely to ship the same day if the order is placed between Monday through Friday before 4pm PST. If there is any pending availability and/or credit verification, most orders are then shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse. Any order placed after 4pm, over the weekend and/or on bank holidays, will ship out the following business day. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-6 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, it will take about 2-3 weeks. If you are located outside of the U.S., it will take about 2-4 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on verification(s) of your order.

 

An order may be canceled if the billing and shipping address do not match or if flagged by the fraud detection team.

 

Rest assured we are processing your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we have no control of the overall delivery experience. While our delivery providers make every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we are not liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or additional cost incurred.

Free Shipping

With our current free shipping promotion all domestic orders with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii shipping within the U.S.A. receive free standard shipping.

Standard Delivery

Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 2-6 days (Monday through Friday). This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. RTA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in transit. Please be sure to deliver to a secure location.

 

Please note; our shipping warehouse is located in Los Angeles. If your shipping address is within California, you will generally receive your package within 1-3 business days.
