RETURN POLICY

All items must be unworn and with the original tags attached for return/refund consideration or authorization. All sale items are final. The return request must be done before the 10th day upon receiving the order or refund will not be granted. We will deduct the shipping cost on all returns. All returns must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. all denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Steps for Return:

 

  1. Please go to https://rtabrand.com/a/returns with your order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return.
  2. We will email you back with an RMA and the instructions to send the item or items back based on if the return is accepted. 
  3. Please ship returns to our headquarters:

  1. When sending a return back please make sure you have the tracking number because we are not responsible if a package is lost or stolen in transit back to our headquarters.  If the item is lost or stolen in transit we will not issue a refund. 

 

  1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return. You will be notified when the item is received and when we have processed the return. Depending on your bank the refund will process with 3-5 business days.
